  🍁 Saralartha: Uddit Yogi by following Kandarpa Jit i.e. Brahmacharya {The seeker whose Kandarpa (sperm = semen) Urdhav = moving upwards and joining the body is called Udit Yogi. By doing six actions like dhata, dhoti, neti, nyoli, gaj karni, pranayam and meditation etc., one becomes a Udit Yogi.} Is made.
